Happy Leap Year!
Well, that and International Pom-Pom Day. It only happens once every four years!
It just so happens that I've been busy creating pom-poms to go with the {yo-yo's} I made.
So, to celebrate, I figured I'd share how I make tiny little Pom-Poms:

Ahhhh thanks! A fork, why didn't I think of that when I needed a small pompom for my baby hat project?! I had the hardest time cutting fiddly cardboard circles. Will try this next time.
Yay! I'm glad you found this helpful! Using a fork makes it so quick and easy, and they tun out nearly perfect every time. Let me know how they tun out next time you try this!
I love this idea. I will make some and then find a use!

Jmmonroe - Sometimes when I make bigger pom-poms I used my hand (same idea as the fork) or use a hair pick. That way it's easy to tie and slip off for finishing. Good luck and have fun making pom-poms!
Katie, Bonnie, & Trish - thanks for the invite to your link-up parties! I'll head over and share!
Wow! Great tutorial... I had no idea it was this easy! Thanks for sharing at oopsey daisy!
